Swimming in Corsica
As well as being a hiker's paradise, Corsica owns beautiful, tempting beaches. For many travelers it is this combination which makes the island so attractive. Swimming is possible not only in the sea, but also in many rivers and lakes. The water quality at the beaches is usually very good. When swimming in rivers, you should make sure that the swimming spot lies upstream from the last settlement.
